I liked your post very much and the tips you have given are also good for healthy weight loss. I would like to implement the one for losing thigh fat coz i think that would be really beneficial for me. At present i am following caralluma fimbriata diet program for healthy weight loss.But i would like to try the tips you have given to loses more and more of weight.

Thanks for the tips. This will help me to reduce weight. Although my Acomplia Rimonabant is doing well but still this info will add to my weight loosing knowledge.
